About the Author

John E. Wettlaufer was born in 1944 on a family farm in East Zorra-Tavistock, Ontario. His formal education concluded in grade ten, after which he entered the workforce with determination. Leveraging resilience and a strong work ethic cultivated during his youth, he founded and grew Bright Cheese House into a leading multi-million-pound enterprise. Now retired, he reflects on a life built from humble beginnings through integrity, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to hard work.
